A striking looking Chai tea mixture with enticing ingredients including black tea, cinnamon pieces, tumeric root slices, ginger, aniseed, black pepper, cloves, cardamom and a touch of chilli. Use 4-5 teaspoons per litre of water. Water Temperature: 100degrees C. Brew for 10 mins.
