If you have already tried green tea but want something sweeter, it's time to spoil yourself with a Yellow Tea cup! It is a rare type of tea produced only in China and subjected to light oxidation but the process for making yellow tea requires a lot of skill. In ancient China, yellow teas were only produced for and consumed by the Emperor and his court during the Ming (1368–1644AD) and Qing (1644 to 1912AD) Dynasties. As the name suggests, it is yellow in colour both the leaves and the infusion.
