Vata is associated with the elements of air and ether and governs movement, communication, and the nervous system. Vata types tend to be spontaneous, creative and enthusiastic but can become stressed by over-exerting themselves. And, when out of balance, Vata can cause symptoms like anxiety, restlessness, dryness, and digestive issues. With its warming, grounding, and calming spices, Vata-tea it may be calming, grounding and nourishing. It's especially beneficial during the autumn season or for individuals experiencing high Vata imbalances.
