Similar to Green tea but with a more smooth taste and less astringency, its delicate flavour puts it into the rare and highly prized category of teas. Caffeine Level: Low Caffeine. Country of Origin: China. Ingredients: Yellow tea. Steeping Suggestions: 1 teaspoon of tea (3g) per 6oz cup of water, 75-80°C (167-176°F) for 3 minutes.
