Varies with your steeping recipe.) Region: Higashiyama, Shizuoka Prefecture STEEPING NOTES Consider also cold steeping or ice steeping (see Steeping Techniques). 1st steeping: Tea: 5 grams or 1 teaspoon. Time: 30-60 seconds.
