West Lake Long Jing, also know as Dragon Well is a medium grade Long Jing tea. Good value for the price. Rich in antioxidants and a great source of iron, vitamins, and catechins help to slow down the process of aging and cardiovascular disease. A great tea to drink in summer due to its refreshing taste and a naturally healthy drink with only 2 to 3 calories per cup.
