The infusion yields a vibrant greenish-yellow liquor with smooth vegetal freshness and refined structural depth, reflecting minimal biochemical alteration. The scientific profile shows 26–30% polyphenols, 23–27% catechins per dry weight, and an antioxidant activity of 674.88 μmol Fe²⁺ equivalents/g. This high catechin concentration, particularly rich in EGCG according to the catechin profile, provides powerful antioxidant activity.
