This Chai is very delightfully heavy on the aniseed and is our closest blend to authentic Indian street chai. Caffeine Level: High. Country of Origin: India. Ingredients: Black tea, ginger pieces, star anise, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cardamom, cinnamon pieces, black peppercorns, cloves and orange peel. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 3-5 minutes.
