This unusual Satemwa Estate oolong features wiry leaves and a blend of oxidation levels between 11%-40%. Still flavorful after 6 infusions and boasting a tart, mildly astringent edge. Ingredients: Oolong tea Approximately 75mg of caffeine per cup Steep at 180° F or 90.6°C for 2-4 min
