These little leaves slowly unfurl during the steep, transforming the water to a clear and soft, ivory green with a hint of pink. White Monkey is produced on a small farm in the Wuyi Mountains in the North of Fujian province. Harvested pre-Qing Ming it was one of the first plucks of the season in April 2022, contributing to the delicacy and complexity. Re-steep with same method. We recommend steeping with more tea, and less time. For example, 5-6g per cup, and 10-30 second steepings.
