Warm and round, this well-balanced sencha is picked during the early stages of the first flush, yielding strong umami and sweetness. A stronger final firing gives a slightly nutty aroma and finish, rounding out the tea. Named after their own farm, Fujimien (富士見園) translates to Fields with a View of Mt. Fuji
