First Flush Wakocha | 初摘和紅茶 Tasting notes: Grassy, muscatel, floral Origin: Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan Oxidation: ⦿⦿⦿⦿⦿This is a first flush wakocha, or "black tea" in Japanese, made from the minamisayaka cultivar. Delicate and sweet, this tea is reminiscent of freshly cut grass with hints of gardenia and orange blossom.
