A sencha which really cranks up the umami delivering a smooth thick umami taste with grass tones. I'm very excited to offer a selection of Sencha from Yame Tea Kumaen, a regular winner of national Japanese tea competitions as well as international tea competitions. They are a family run farming going for over a century with the current tea master Masahiro Kuma being the 3rd generation in the family tea farm and the head of operation Kazumi Nakatani a 4th generation!
