Red Chilli Chai Red Chilli Chai - a flavoured black tea with a spicy mixture. A rather "hot" creation: Typical Indian spiced Chai with the smart, fruity, sweet flavour of strawberries, then a mouth warming chilli finish. Cup Colour: brown. Amount of tea per cup: 1 heaped teaspoon. Brewing time: Use freshly drawn water at 100C for 3 to 4 minutes.
