A complex white leaf in the style of the famous Pai Mu Tan (White Peony) from China, but hailing from our partner farm Bitaco deep in the Amazon rainforest of Colombia. Bitaco is a biodynamic farm and wildlife preserve staffed by well cared-for employees. We love supporting small farms like this!
