This lot of tea is almost gone. We're hoping to source a new lot in the future, but there is no guarantee. An intensely elemental experience. The deep green color steeps a strong cup of mushrooms, minerals, and lily pads. Salty sea spray and celery soak up the finish. This fukamushi style sencha was produced from the Shunmei cultivar in March 2025 in the Satsuki region of Oita Prefecture.
