Ingredients : Eucalyptus, liquorice, ginger, tulsi, thyme, cardamom, cinnamon, elecampane, mullein flowers, alfalfa, fennel seeds, cloves, black peppercorns and natural flavour. Steeping Suggestions: 1 teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water, 100°C (212°F) for 3-8 minutes DOES NOT REPLACE MEDICATION!
