For this flowery tea jasmine blossoms are blended with a half fermented green tea and partly removed to leave an intense, floral taste and scent. Brew for 1-3 minutes. Ok Water temperature 75-80 degrees C. Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons of tea per litre of water.
