2020 "The Way" Shou / Ripe Puerh Tea :: Seattle Inventory

This is the way! This bud heavy, robust shou puerh blend packs a surprising punch. It brews very clear and quite dark. We mixed in some Lao Man'E shou puerh into this tea and you can tell. There is a present bitterness that layers nicely with the thick rich shou body. This is the way shou puerh should be. This is a 200g cake. Brewing Instructions Use 5-10 grams of leaves and brew with 75-150ml ( 2.5-5oz ) of water at or near boiling. Rinse once for a few seconds. Start with quick steeps under 10s. With each re-steep adjust the steep time to your taste.
