It transports you to the misty mountains of Taiwan. It's made by a small family farm run by two avid surfers who are building on five generations of tea-making experience. A testament to their skill, this tea has a brightness and a floral fragrance that is simply unparalleled. It tastes similar to a green tea, because it is so lightly oxidised, but with more aroma, a sweeter flavour and a thicker texture. “Wenshan” 文山 is the old name for the New Taipei City are where this tea is almost exclusively grown. “Baozhong” 包種 means “wrapped type”, referring to the traditional way the tea was wrapped in paper to be sold.
