The Ancient Egyptians used it for Hibiscus Tea benefits some 2,000 years ago. Little has changed today. This beverage also contains Rosehip, the fruit of the Rosa (Rose) plant, which belongs to the Rosaceae family. The plant itself is a herbaceous shrub found in both the Eastern and Western Hemisphere. However, it most likely originated from Northern Persia (modern-day Iran and Iraq). Similar to Hibiscus, Rosehips have a slightly tart flavour. Brewing Instructions: Using 2 tsp per person, pour in freshly boiled water so that it just covers the Tea, then brew for 8-10 minutes.
