This year’s edition of White Crow maintains the same great qualities as previous years, including pleasant florals, a touch of hay, and a honey-like sweetness. This is all despite an unplanned change in the source material, which now comes from Bangdong (still Lincang). This change was a means to maintain the same quality, and in side-by-side comparisons with the ’23 and ’24 pressings, was difficult to distinguish. If anything, this year’s tea is an improvement, offering a creamier texture and wildflower fragrance.
