Ingredients: apple, hibiscus, pineapple, honeydew, watermelon, beetroot, blackberry leaves, mountain everlasting, elderflower, natural flavor Steeping Suggestion: Use 1.5 tsp/ 8oz cup. Steep 5-7 minutes in 212 °F water
