This is a spring 2013 Dehong area tea that was stored as mao cha in our warehouse in Kunming since 2013! This year we decided to press it into this little mini brick! This is a potent tea with some smokiness, astringency, and plenty of mushroom broth sweetness. To moderate the intensity of this tea, we recommend keeping the steeping time short in the early infusions. Roughly 5 Grams per mini brick.
