Visão geral

Recommended for: those seeking a traditional, caffeine-free herbal with heritage roots.

Tip: Brew at 100°C for 5-10 minutes; longer steeps bring out deeper herbal notes.

As my Aunty says: ‘nothin like a wee cup of jaggy tea in the morning’. This herb has been drunk for its health benefits almost as long as tea has! Caffeine Level: No Caffeine. Country of Origin: Bulgaria. Ingredients: Nettle. Steeping Suggestions: 1 teaspoon of tea (3g) per 6oz cup of water, 100°C (212°F) for 5-10 minutes.
