Ingredients: Milk thistle, caraway seed, fenugreek seed, fennel seed, nettle, raspberry leaf, anise, organic green rooibos, organic honeybush, dried lime and orange pieces, lemon verbena, hibiscus and natural flavoring. Steeping Suggestions: 1 teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water, 100°C (212°F) for 5-10 minutes. A only steep will bring out all of the herbs properties further.
