He oversees every step of production, from cultivation to final processing, with a strong focus on aroma. This premium tea, “Yama-no-Ibuki,” is a sencha with a fresh and clean taste, like a breeze flowing through young green leaves. Rich umami and gentle sweetness unfold smoothly on the palate. Crafted with proven skill, this tea preserves the natural aroma and flavor of the leaves to their fullest. Enjoy its refreshing, mountain-like fragrance and bold, satisfying taste. These teas are produced in small quantities and are rarely available. We invite you to enjoy and compare the delicate flavors of these special teas.
