Wear comfortable clothing. Can I eat or drink before the session?Light meals are absolutely fine. Please avoid alcohol—it can dehydrate you and may intensify post-session sensations, potentially causing headaches. Staying well-hydrated beforehand is recommended. What if I feel uncomfortable during the session?You are welcome to adjust your position or leave the room quietly at any time.
