This Haruka is an organic matcha made from the famous AOI Seicha that is characterised by relatively low bitterness and umami, and can be enjoyed refreshingly. It is a rare matcha that is carefully selected and ground by a stone mill with only the finest tea leaves among organic tencha. Please note that only organically grown tea leaves that have been cultivated in pursuit of the motto, "safe, secure, and deliciousness" have been utilised.
