Overview
Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
Pairing: shortbread, fresh fruit, or mild cheeses

Blend of natural and ancient tea gardens, suitable as an upgraded Jingmai daily drinker When we had just started Farmerleaf, we used to release three types of Jingmai teas: Miyun, Gulan and Tian Xiang. The latter would bridge a price gap between ancient garden material and the much cheaper 'Shengtai'. This year, we've decided to reinstate this cake edition. We've used our best natural tea gardens, mostly located in Liu Dui, and a lower amount of ancient garden material. This tea is overall stronger than the Miyun and offers a good amount of Huigan. It offers a medium bitterness and the jingmai typical orchid fragrance.
