Light Japanese green tea with a toasty, savoury flavour. During the first firing of the rice in this tea, it’s common for the rice to ‘pop’ in a similar way to popcorn, hence the name ‘pop-corn tea’. Caffeine Level: Low. Country of Origin: Japan. Ingredients: Green tea, roasted and popped rice. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz (180ml) cup of water. Steep at 85°C (185°F) for 2-6 minutes.
