Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
The Blooming Big Dragon Eye Jasmine is also artificially made by tying dry flowers and tea leaves together for ornamental purpose as they emerge in water and create a blooming effect as they slowly open up. Fun to watch and taste. Flavour : Pure, rich, sweet floral aroma. Liquor : bright light yellow tea with the tea leaves blooming like a flower. Steeping : use 1 dragon eye for a 125 ml. covered transparent cup. First infusion (30ml) is for cleaning the tea, second infusion is 4~5 minutes or until the dragon eye is fully bloomed. 3 infusions. 75~85℃ water temperature.
