A new recipe for 2013! We used first flush wild and ancient arbor material from 4 different tea mountains in Simao to craft this lovely tea cake. "Feng Chun" basically means "Meeting Spring" which is appropriate because the overall character of this tea is a fresh, lively, floral and smooth! The tea brews up a highly aromatic experience. Mouth-feel is lively and hui gan is fast and protracted. Cha Qi is quite obvious but manages not over-power the drink (like Bu Lang teas). Plenty of future aging potential in this potent blend of premium pu-erh teas! 400 grams per cake (7 cakes per bamboo tong)
