Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
In 2022 we pressed a series of small batch shou Puer blends that incorporated experimental lighter ferment styles of shou Puer with the intent to age them before release. These teas are now being released in 2026 after ~4 year of aging in our Guangzhou storage. They are still developing, but drinkable straight away. This will not be a traditional shou Puer experience, as they incorporate more character, nuance and raw Puer characteristic than most shou Puer. 2022 Brice Marden Overdrive drinks closer to aged sheng than shou. Cherry cough syrup and rye bread. Classic combination. Borderline unsaleable name. Welcome to white2tea. Can't wait to age this further. Each cake is 200 grams of tea.
