Entirely Wu Liang Mountain area tea from certified organic tea gardens. This cake is called "Di Fu" 地氟 (low fluoride) as it was tested by Zu Xiang Tea Factory for fluoride content and was found to be below 300mg/kg (less than 300 parts per million). This was aged for 3 years as mao cha before being pressed in 2022. The result is a lightly aged mellow Wu Liang raw with a light orchid character, smooth grassy sweetness, and a malt-grain body.
