Jade Mountain Honey Black A classic and soft dark tea with a touch of bug bitten honey sweetness, we are happy to bring back a Jade Mountain Black Tea after a couple years of missed harvests. This easy to brew people pleaser of a tea is soft and forgiving on the brew, but still packs a rich flavor profile of red stone fruit, honey and smooth black tea malts. Produced in September of 2024, it also has a matured flavor with its year of aging, making smooth blend of the complex flavors of a bug bitten high mountain black. **The Green Leaf Hoppers don't always make it this high and the spring version of this tea was lacking the bug bitten honey sweetness of this batch.
