Produced using winter leaves harvested in March that are pan-fired (kamairi), the leaves are lightly rolled, and sundried in a greenhouse. This produces a light tea with a grassy-woodsy flavor, and a light, sweet aftertaste. Steeping Notes Tea: 3 grams Time: 3 min. Water: 90C/195F, 200 ml. Resteep 3 times.
