For our 2013 production we used 2013 Yong De area ripe tea from spring harvest. This lovely semi-aged blend of ripe tea was mixed with Kunlun Snow Chrysanthemum flowers, and pressed into these lovely 100 gram mini cakes. The aroma and taste of the tea and flowers together is just exquisite. They complement each other with a spicy and sweet taste that lasts 10+ infusions. 100 grams per cake (7 cakes per bamboo leaf tong) This tea has been tested in a certified laboratory for 26 pesticides, and is within the EU MRL limits set for those 26 pesticide residues.
