We take a smooth organic green tea and brighten it with sweet spearmint and zesty lemongrass. It is light, refreshing, and completely lacks the sharp bite of standard green teas. Why It Works The secret is the mint choice. We use Spearmint rather than Peppermint. Spearmint is naturally sweeter and softer, which perfectly offsets the vegetative notes of the green tea leaves. The lemongrass adds a final pop of citrus that makes the whole cup taste like sunshine. The Iced Ritual Flash chill it. While it is lovely hot, this blend was born to be iced.
