Rare high mountain oolong from Northern Thailand. Harvested in the winter months during an occasional stretch of warm days. Mellow with sweetness and floral aroma. Steeping Suggestion: Use 1 tsp/ 8oz cup. Steep 4-5 minutes in 190 °F water.
