An elegant Chinese green tea from the Lin family farm in Anxi, Fujian, made from young leaves and hand-rolled into darling spirals that open prettily as they infuse. The name comes from the shape of the leaf (a fairly common naming practice for Chinese teas). These ones are said to look like the earrings popular with young Chinese girls!
