A light and ethereal cup that sneaks up on you. Honey aromatics with a clear broth of roasted bone. Spellbinding and elusive. Harvested and produced October 3, 2025 and roasted November 25, 2025 by Mr. Huang Taifa in Huaizhi Village, Anxi County, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud three leaf pick of the Tieguanyin cultivar growing at approximately 2,200 feet. Ingredients: oolong tea Steeping Instructions 4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 4 min. Traditional Steeping - Use 6 grams in a 150 ml gaiwan with 195°F degree water. 1st -20 Seconds 2nd – 10 seconds 3rd – 20 seconds 4th – 40 seconds 5th – 90 seconds 6th – 3 minutes Number of Cups 2 oz makes 19 cups, 4 oz makes 38 cups
