This is a lovely white tea made from spring 2019 Camellia Taliensis tea leaves harvested in Yang Ta village in Jinggu county of Simao. First flush of spring tea leaves for picked and then allowed to dry in the shade naturally curing over several days. The tea was then stored in loose leaf form until May 2020 when it was pressed into cakes!
