Caffeine Description: Gyokuro Asahi translates as “noble dewdrop” and is characterized by its deep, dark green color and strong, sweet aroma. There are large shade trees on the tea plantations that prevent direct sunlight from reaching the plants. Two weeks before the actual harvest, the plants are covered with bamboo mats, the plant now grows more slowly and the chlorophyll content of the leaves increases, a finer aroma and fewer tannins develop . The Gyokuro Asahi is one of the best varieties in Japan and is a real treasure. Strong, not too bitter aroma, fresh, lasting taste. Ingredients: Organic green tea.
