Overview
Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
This is a fine spicey Indian black tea enriched with the natural fresh citrusy Sicilian bergomote. Blue Mallow flowers are added to give a delightful appearance. The result is a rich amber brew with a long fragrant taste. Earl Grey Tea is a super addition to the afternoon tea selection. Photographed with borage flowers. They make a nice combination. (Not Included) Brew for 3-5 minutes. Water Temperature: 100 degrees C. Use 4-5 Teaspoons per litre of water.
