Brewing Instructions for First Flush Darjeelings: We recommend brewing early spring Darjeelings at a lower temperature (180-190 F) than most black teas. After boiling allow the water to cool for five minutes, and infuse the tea for approximately 3 minutes. Adjust future brews to taste.
