100% Pure USA Grown Yellow Tea - A Truly Rare Tea We proudly present our exclusive Mississippi Sunshine, Yellow Tea. Carefully cultivated and handcrafted right here in the United States. This tea is rare to be produced in America. We have taken great care in crafting this exquisite tea and we invite you to indulge in the flavors and aromas of our 100% Pure US Grown Yellow Tea. This tea has flavor notes of honey and citrus with a slight earthiness. What makes our Yellow tea so unique? It all begins with the distinct flavor of Mississippi grown tea leaves. Then we combine it with our innovative tea-making process that is one of the firsts in the USA to produce this rare tea which is typically only ever made in China or Korea. Our Yellow Tea starts out as a green tea and undergoes a careful fermentation process that takes five days, resulting in a remarkable infusion that captivates the senses and makes it into a yellow tea. Flavor Profile: As a fermented green tea, it retains all the distinctive qualities of green tea without the characteristic grassiness. The result is a tea that embodies the best of both worlds, offering a refined and sophisticated taste profile. Savor its subtle sweetness, delicate floral notes, and a smooth, mellow finish that leaves you craving for more. Awards: Mississippi Sunshine has been internationally recognized with a Gold award in 2021 from the Golden Leaf award in Australia. Ingredients: Tea leaves from a Camellia Sinensis Country of origin: Brookhaven, Mississippi, USA Tea Making Directions: 1 rounded tsp per 8 oz. of 175F water. Steep for 3 minutes. Enjoy! Wholesale Options: This tea can be purchased by a licensed retailer wholesale. Please email us at info@greatmsteacompany.com to get more information. New to loose leaf tea? If you are used to commercial bagged teas you will notice some differences with loose leaf tea. Loose leaf tea generally produces a more flavorful and aromatic cup compared to tea bag tea because the leaves have more room to expand and release their full taste. Loose leaf tea often consists of whole or larger tea leaves, retaining more of their natural essential oils and nuanced flavors. In contrast, tea bag tea is typically made from smaller, broken tea leaves (dust and fannings), which can result in a quicker infusion but often a more one-dimensional or astringent taste. Additionally, loose leaf tea allows for multiple infusions, whereas tea bag tea tends to lose its strength after a single steep. Loose leaf will usually require a tea infuser. Shop infusers here or try it with a Professional Tea tasting set here. Other things to note: We do not use Pesticides of Fungicides Yes we can ship outside of the USA but please email us at info@greatmsteacompany.com to arrange shipping and verify pricing.
