Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
These amazing berries have been shown to have ant-viral qualities, something we could all use right now! Try steeping them STRONG with ginger root in water on the stove, they need a long steep or gentle cooking almost to release as much goodness as possible. Serve with honey and lemon. (and a dram of liquor if you like) Due to limited quantities, we are only selling these berries in one 75g size. Please only order one or two bags per person. Thanks
