Spring Beauty is our experimental white tea, made only during the first and autumn flush, when the tea bushes offer their most delicate leaves. These aren't just any leaves, they're the in-between flush leaves (picked between 1st and 2nd flush), prized for their soft, youthful character. Unlike most teas, which are dried once, Spring Beauty undergoes 3 to 4 rounds of slow, gentle drying. This extended process brings out the layered complexity of the leaf while preserving its light, elegant spirit.
