Firmness and fortitude. A hayloft aroma, full backbone in the body, and miles of grassy plains in the cup. No wimpy white tea here. Versatile, charismatic, with excellent texture. A Bai Mu Dan style tea produced April 20, 2020 by Mr. Huang Hai Qiang in Fuding City of Fujian Province. Bai Mu Dan is defined as a white tea made from a one bud, two leaf pick. This lot was made from Fuding Big Hair plants that are over 50 years old growing at approximately 1,300 feet. Withered fully in-house by the finely skilled Mr. Huang and aged in a cool warehouse for two years. Highly recommended!
